Module 2: Alternative Control Measures (ACM's)
For: Machine Operators & Cleaners
Objective: Train personnel in safe operation when full lockout isn’t feasible—during minor servicing, adjustments, or routine cleaning.
This module covers the identification and implementation of ACMs such as safety-rated enabling devices, hold-to-run controls, and perimeter guarding—following ANSI B11.19 and OSHA interpretations.

Module 3: Validation of Functional Safety Systems
For: Safety Engineers & Integrators
Objective: Demonstrate how to test and validate that all functional safety systems (e.g., light curtains, interlocks, emergency stops) perform as designed.
Three parts for the validation were created, for visual inspection, operational inspection and abnormal inspection.

Module 4: Plant Floor Safety Operation
Plant Floor Personnel and Contractors:
Objective: Demonstrate the proper use of the PPE and where they apply, proper use of Fire Extinguishers, evacuation routs, emergency shelters, meeting points to better assist personnel with compliance with plant floor safety.
